The issuer of the bonds is the company SAZKA Group, as, established with the aim of holding, financing and managing shares in the Group's lottery and gaming companies. The issuer is owned by the company KKCG AG, indirectly controlled by Mr. Karl Komárek. The SAZKA Group is one of the largest European lottery and gaming groups. It is the sole shareholder of the Czech lottery company SAZKA a.s., it has significant shares in the dominant lottery company OPAP in Greece, which also operates in Cyprus, and an almost 38.16% stake in the company CASAG, which controls Österreichische Lotterien. On the Italian market, the Group is represented by a 32.50% stake in LOTTOITALIA.
